General Uniform Guidelines

• Parents must ensure that their child leaves home in the complete prescribed uniform and is wearing the RFID card properly.
• A plain bottle green V-neck jersey, with or without sleeves, may be worn by boys and girls during winter.
• In both summer and winter, the prescribed footwear for all students is black canvas shoes with laces. Shoes of any other colour or type, chappals, floaters and high-heeled footwear are not permitted. White canvas shoes may be worn only for Games, PT, Meditation or Yoga. During winter, grey stockings must be held up properly and must not sag at the ankles.
• Trousers must have a straight cut. Flares, bell-bottoms, drainpipe trousers and other fancy styles are not permitted.
• The school logo is compulsory on all prescribed uniform items wherever specified.
• Girls must tie their hair back neatly using a bottle green hairband or bottle green ribbon.
• Girls are not permitted to wear expensive or ostentatious jewellery, including bracelets, dangling earrings or bangles. Nail paint is not permitted, and nails must be kept neatly trimmed.
• Every student enrolled in the school must attend school in the prescribed uniform.
• Students must carry simple school bags.
• Boys must be clean-shaven. A beard is permitted only with prior approval from the school authorities on religious or medical grounds.
• Students who are not in the complete prescribed uniform may be sent home.Strict compliance with the uniform guidelines is required.
• Students of Classes XI and XII must carry their sports shoes and sports kit for Physical Education classes. They must change back into the regular school uniform immediately after the period. The same rule applies to dance practice, self-defence classes and other co-curricular activities.
• Jackets and sweatshirts are strictly prohibited. Any unauthorised jacket or sweatshirt may be confiscated.

Wearing the prescribed school uniform daily promotes equality, instils discipline and enhances safety. It ensures all students from Classes VI to XII maintain a unified identity and focus on learning. Students are expected to wear a clean, ironed and complete school uniform every day.
