Through the year, the Career Counselling Cell actively organizes Annual Career Fairs, university interaction sessions, faculty workshops, career awareness programmes, psychometric guidance sessions, and student-parent counselling initiatives. The department regularly collaborates with leading Indian and international universities and industry experts to help students gain deeper insight into higher education opportunities, evolving careers, and skill requirements of the future.
The cell provides personalized guidance to students and parents regarding subject selection, stream choices, career planning, profile building, and undergraduate applications for both Indian and foreign universities. From helping students identify their strengths and aspirations to supporting them through admissions, scholarships, and application procedures, the department strives to create a strong support system that enables every child to move towards a purposeful and fulfilling future.
A major milestone in this journey was the launch of the Career Counselling Resource Centre / Career Lab on 24 January 2025 under the visionary leadership of our esteemed Principal, Dr. Ram Singh. This initiative reflects the school’s commitment to equipping students and parents with comprehensive resources and expert support for informed career decision-making.
The Career Resource Centre offers:

- Workshops, seminars, and one-on-one consultations to help students identify their strengths, interests, and aspirations
One of the key features of this initiative is the introduction of 24x7 Online Career Guidance and Counselling Services, ensuring continuous support for students and parents at every stage of their academic and career journey.
