School ERP Mobile App & Parent Portal

School ERP

Mission

Strengthening the Connection Between School and Parent

We are excited to introduce our new Mobile App and Parent Portal, designed to streamline communication between the school and parents. This user-friendly platform ensures parents stay informed and engaged in their child’s education—anytime, anywhere.

Through our partnership with SCHOOL ERP, we now offer a powerful communication tool that provides:

Real-time updates on student attendance, academic performance, and homework assignments

Instant access to school announcements, upcoming events, and newsletters

Secure and convenient access for parents to monitor their child’s progress from the comfort of their home

With this digital platform, we aim to build a stronger bridge between school and parent, fostering a collaborative environment that supports student success.

RFID Attendance System

  1. The School has introduced an RFID attendance system. All students are issued an RFID card free of cost; however, a nominal fee is payable for providing the service. The RFID card must be submitted back to the school in case of withdrawal or on passing out after completion of schooling. Students must compulsorily wear their RFID card properly at all times and not merely keep it in their school bag or pocket.
  2. Parents will receive messages on their registered mobile numbers when a student follows the prescribed timings as per the details given below. The message will be delivered within 5 minutes of the student’s arrival or departure from the school premises.
    Pre-School/Pre-Primary/Class 1
    Arrival 6.30 a.m. to 7.35 a.m
    Departure 1.45 p.m. to 2.20 p.m.
    Classes VI to XII
    Arrival 6.30 a.m. to 7.35 a.m
    Departure 1.45 p.m. to 2.20 p.m.
  3. If a student does not adhere to the above-mentioned timings, no message will be generated; however, the student will continue to be covered under the RFID tracking system.
  4. In case the RFID card is lost or damaged, a duplicate card will be issued upon payment of Rs. 500/-.
  5. For any queries or assistance, parents may email dpsmr.rfid@gmail.com or contact the concerned personnel at 011 43399283.

Transport

The provision of school transport is not a matter of right but a facility provided to students. Bus facility for new admissions or students who change their address is subject to its availability.

Mission

School Transport

As per CBSE guidelines, Lady Guards/ attendants have been deployed on every school bus route for the safety & security of students. The lady guards/ attendants board their respective buses from the first pick-up point of students and disembark at the last drop-off point. In the morning all the bus user students are dropped in the school campus (Vehicle Parking Area) and in the afternoon they board their respective buses from there only. In case of emergency, parents can contact the lady guards/attendants on their mobile numbers available on the school website.

Mission

Transport Rules

For a safe journey to school, the following rules are to be followed by the students:

  1. Students can only get on/off from their fixed bus stops.
  2. Students can only travel by their assigned buses. Even on request students will not be permitted to do otherwise.
  3. At the end of the school day, students should board their respective buses immediately and not move out. They should remain seated till the buses leave.
  4. Students should not run to the bus but walk in a queue. They should not jump on or off a moving bus. They should not push each other while getting on or off the bus.
  5. Maintain discipline in the bus as any mischief will disturb the driver.
  6. While in the bus, students should not stretch their head or hands out of the bus.
  7. Cooperate with the staff on duty and abide by the instructions given by them from time to time.
  8. Never stand in front or behind a stationary bus.
  9. Students violating the above rules will be punished strictly which may debar the student from availing bus facilities, suspension or expulsion from the school.
Mission

Discontinuation of Bus Service

For Class X and XII students - Request for discontinuation of bus service for Class X and XII students will not be considered after the first quarter (April-June). In case of no request received by the end of June, the student must pay the bus fee for the entire academic session.

For all other classes except Class X and XII - In case of discontinuation of bus service on or before the 10th of a month, bus fee will be charged till the end of the month but after the 10th of any month, bus fee for the next month will also be charged.

Note:

Any problem, suggestion or comment regarding transport should be brought to the notice of the Principal / Vice Principal or Transport Department immediately.
